To register an account at Yeulachieu, please do the following:

Step 1: Select "Login/Register".
Step 2: Fill in Full Name, Email, and Password then click "Create" to receive a confirmation email from Yeulachieu
Step 3: Check the account verification email in your mailbox, click "Activate account" to start using

When registering an account at Yeulachieu, you will:

Regularly updated with useful product information as well as promotion and discount information available at website yeulachieu.com
Easily track your order status when placing an order.
Operate faster when placing next orders. The system will automatically store and pre-fill your personal information for future orders.

Yeulachieu's payment policy includes the following two convenient methods:

Method 1: Payment upon receipt (COD) - Delivery and payment to the delivery person.
Method 2: Online payment via international card (Visa, Master Card, JCB, Amex), domestic ATM card, QR code e-wallet (ShopeePay, vinID...)

The card payment system on yeulachieu.com is guaranteed to be safe through cooperation with payment gateway partners that have been licensed to operate legally in Vietnam. Yeulachieu complies with Payment Gateway Partners' payment security standards to ensure the safety and security of payment information. We always put the safety and security of our customers' payment information first.

Yeulachieu does not have the function to save promotional codes, so customers will enter the discount code themselves during the order payment step.

We would like to note that during the packaging process, we ensure that all orders are recorded on the system and we will email the information to the customer. This helps ensure that the goods are not lost or damaged before reaching the customer. Therefore, online purchases at Yeulachieu ARE NOT SUPPORTED WITH CO-CHECK.

After placing an order, Yeulachieu will send an Order confirmation email
When the order is handed over to the shipping unit, the system will automatically send an additional email notification of handover to the supplier with the order code for the customer to keep tracking on the supplier's page.
